Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the PromptSpark Android app (in.aksxil.promptspark) and this website handle, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 31 October 2026

PromptSpark (“the app”) is developed by Aksxil Studios (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the app and the website at promptspark.pages.dev.

Summary

  • PromptSpark has no accounts or sign-in.
  • Your favourites, collections and settings stay on your device.
  • The app doesn’t include an analytics SDK, doesn’t contain an AI model, and doesn’t connect to any AI service. It doesn’t read your photos, files or clipboard.
  • Free users see ads from Google AdMob, which collects some device data. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent first.
  • Pro purchases aren’t available, so the app currently processes no purchase data.
  • We don’t sell personal data.

Data stored on your device

The app stores the following only on your phone:

  • your favourites and collections;
  • settings such as theme and haptic feedback;
  • a random install identifier generated by the app (not linked to your name, email or Google account);
  • cached purchase-check results (empty while purchases are unavailable).

You can remove favourites, collections, settings and cached results with Settings › Clear local data, and everything by uninstalling the app. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may back up this app data and restore it when you reinstall. See Data deletion for how to control that.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Free users see ads served by Google AdMob, in a few places in the app and never next to the Copy button. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process data such as:

  • device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID;
  • your IP address, from which an approximate location can be derived;
  • ad interactions (for example, which ads were shown or tapped) and diagnostic information.

Google processes this data under its own policies; see how Google uses information from apps that use its services. In regions where consent is required (such as the European Economic Area and the UK), the app asks for your choice before ads load, and you can change it later in Settings › Ad privacy choices. The ads SDK isn’t started for users who have Pro.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (for example, Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on your device).

Purchases

Pro purchases are not available at the moment. The app does not charge you or send any purchase data.

If Pro becomes available, Google Play will process all payments, and we will never receive your card or payment details. To confirm a purchase, the app would send the purchase token, product ID, app package name and the random install identifier to our verification server, which checks the purchase with Google and stores the result to provide Pro access and prevent fraud. It would not receive your name, email address or Google account details. We’ll update this policy before that happens.

Prompt content

The current version of the app uses only the prompt library and images built into the app. It doesn’t download prompt content from our servers. If a future version adds online content updates, we’ll describe them here first.

Clipboard and sharing

The app writes to your clipboard only when you tap Copy, and it never reads your clipboard. Sharing uses Android’s share sheet; we don’t see what you share or with whom.

When you paste a prompt into another AI tool, that tool’s own privacy policy applies to what you send it, including any photos you upload there.

Android permissions

The app uses internet and network-state access (for ads), vibration (for optional haptic feedback) and Google Play billing. The Google Mobile Ads SDK declares the advertising ID permission and related Android ad-services permissions, and a bundled library declares Google Play’s install-referrer service, which the app doesn’t use. PromptSpark doesn’t access your camera, photos, files, contacts, location or microphone.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Fonts are served from this site, not from third parties. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, under its own privacy policy. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply.

Sharing and selling

We don’t sell or rent personal data. Apart from the ad data collected directly by Google described above, and our hosting provider for this website, we don’t share data with third parties, except where the law requires it.

Retention and security

On-device data stays until you clear it or uninstall the app. Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you and then deleted. Google retains ad data under its own policies. The app and this website use HTTPS for all network connections.

Children

PromptSpark is not directed at children under 13 and is not intended for them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and laws such as the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance. Because the app has no accounts and keeps your data on your device, most choices are in your hands: clear local data, uninstall the app, change ad consent, or reset your advertising ID.

For any request or grievance, email aksx3u@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Changes and contact

We’ll update this policy when the app’s data practices change, for example before Pro purchases or online content updates are introduced, and change the “Last updated” date above. Contact: aksx3u@gmail.com (Aksxil Studios).
